Many thanks for your offer: if someone can point at an item you could tackle I volunteer to help you through for the first item, from getting svn, checking out the documentation, creating the documentation off-line such that you can test your changes for correctness, to creating a patch to incorporate all your changes into the trunk at Sourceforge.
