What platform did you build on? Some Linux I assume? From a content point of view r12979 will be identical to r12973 which was the 5.1.0 release revision but indeed I had a similar problem that the build process picked up the wrong documentation during the release test today so I had to redo it.
We might need to rebuild those platforms where the wrong documentation was included. Since the /releases branch was deleted prematurely (grr) it will have to be rebuilt from the releases branch, that should work but is quite some work for me, basically a complete new release cycle.
