I have rebuilt oorexx-5.1.0-12980.ubuntu2204.x86_64.deb with the correct documentation, it will have todays date but for the rest it is 5.1.0 release.
I checked the other installers and those I checked (Win Mac, some Linux) all have the right documentation so it was only this rebuild that was necessary. Thanks for pointing it out.
