If I omit the parameters ("Before ...") the copy executes successfully and does 
what the Excel documentation states 
i.e. - it copies the worksheet into a new workbook - not what I want.

So I suspect the solution won't work. In order to try your solution - how would 
I specify the "Before:=Sheets(3)" ?
