Object Rexx does not support Visual Basic-style named arguments. However,
that is just syntax over the top of the real method call, which has a
positional argument for each named argument. The docs for the copy method
are here:

The Before argument is the first one, so just specifying the equivalent of
Sheets(3) as the first argument to copy should suffice.
