It refers to the pins dedicated to handling an MPEG-2 Transport Stream. The
functional spec (located at
http://www.marvell.com/products/embedded_processors/kirkwood/index.jsp)
describes it as such:
This packet-based format transfers video, audio, and other information such as
timestamps, as defined in ISO/IEC 13818-1.
