Ah yes. It's a new database server. Missing some Perl libraries. Had to install MARC::Record, MARC::File::XML module, Business::ISBN module to get past the error state.
DB server is Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS. Install docs indicate that no extra modules are required but I needed these three at least. May need to add others as well or actually build openils.
