Hi All, I've uploaded a simple RFQ template that you can use for seeking services (implementation planning, training, support) from potential service providers.
It is on the RSCEL.org site here: http://www.rscel.org/node/135 Anyone can register at RSCEL so if you can't get to it without registering, I hope you will do so.
