docs.evergreen-ils.org is the new virtual home of our docbook documentation!

http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/1.6/draft/html/ will get you to the draft version 
of 1.6

I changed the directory structure to represent the version more clearly. Now I 
have to changed the references I made in the wiki.

Indeed.  Speaking as one of the people in question, all we would need is an IP 
address to point docs.evergreen-ils.org to.
