The issue I see is the completely blank screen, yes.

Just to be clear, there are two kinds of "blank screen" problems I have gotten
early on with 1.6. One is a completely blank screen with nothing on it. the
other is the whole OPAC frame but when you search on a title or author the
search spins and never comes back. In this case you do see the evergreen logo
in the upper left hand corner and the frame, just never any results. In your
case it is the former? a completely blank screen?

I see that behavior a lot in Firefox 3.6.8.

Hi Geoff:

Can you provide some more information about the nature of the issues
the staff person is having?

We run Firefox 3.6 on Windows and Linux here without any significant
issues that I'm aware of...

Dan
