Hello Pasi,

Do you have any idea whether modifying the tunable CFQ parameters
could resolve the bandwidth limiting behavior of CFQ ?

$ ls /sys/block/sda/queue/iosched
back_seek_max      fifo_expire_async  quantum      slice_async_rq  slice_sync
back_seek_penalty  fifo_expire_sync   slice_async  slice_idle
