*Job Description:*

We are looking for *SAP Data Management Consultant *who is responsible for:
- Development and harmonization of the Data to enable seamless migration
from the local legacy systems to the Client SAP Solution
- Harmonize Data requirements and resolve Issues with Global and Local
Member Firm data
- Facilitates resolution and escalation of Local Member Firm and SAP Data
Issues and Risks
- Co-Lead Review of
- 1 existing Client Data Management documents
- 2 existing data architecture
- 3 existing legacy data,
- 4 existing documentation and
- 5 data mapping (Legacy & Client SAP Solution)
- Develop and document data management requirements
- Direct Data Management Team Members on Data Management decision and
processes
- Report and align with Client's Global Data Management Lead
- Accountable to provide knowledge and subject matter expertise of data
migration and cleansing
- Accountable to support Client in defining acceptable tolerance limits
and data validation procedures and processes required for Data life cycle
management
- Accountable to facilitate resolution of data related Issues
- Support Data Management Lead and Business Process Leads to reconcile
and validate data conversion and cutover
*Required Skills:*
- Experience with *data management* in multiple large scale *ERP/SAP
implementations*
- Experience defining *data elements*, domains, *data quality* and *
transformation*
- Experience developing *data governance, services, people, process and
technology*
- Experience developing *data strategies*, *data architecture* and *
source-destination* definitions
- Experience with source and target systems *data definition*
- Experience with *ETL* tools
- Experience managing a *data management* team (10+)
