*Skills sets:* *1.** **6-8 years of development experience in Java, with specific focus on the Java based middle-tier and presentation-tier development* *2.** **3-5 years UI development with Java and Actionscript/Flex* *3.** **Demonstrate strong knowledge in design patterns, distributed computing concepts, formal functional specification and able to convey concepts into detailed system specifications defining software architectures * *4.** **Demonstrate specific hands-on experience in developing User Interfaces and presentation service layers * *5.** **Demonstrate strong analytical skills in evaluating complex requirements * *6.** **Experience in Unit Testing using any testing framework.
