*Description:*

*Main Duties*

Project management, management reporting and budgeting:

·         Participate in Project Working Groups to prioritize development
requests, confirm requirements, review status updates and provide a forum
to resolve any issues.

·         Coordinate closure of audit recommendations and compliance
requests prioritized for development

·         Create project plans, test strategies, test plans, and deployment
plans

·         Work closely with Business, Developers and Quality Assurance,
globally, to ensure high quality and timely delivery of projects. Identify
issues, risks, and dependencies; track and drive the resolution of these
scenarios.

·         Support project governance and assist in the tracking of project
progress via use of milestones and status reports.

·         Ensure projects and system enhancements meet internal change
management standards.

·         Support the budget process, consolidated project status reporting
and reporting on resource allocation, risks and issues.

·         Manage key stakeholder relationships

·         Ensure appropriate governance, methodology and control standards
are maintained.

·         Maintain tools used to communicate prioritization of development
tasks and allocation of resources across the team.



*Person Requirements:*

The candidate will need to demonstrate a mix of the following skills

Bachelor’s Degree

·         5+ years of experience in managing project lifecycles

·         Large-scale project management experience

·         Technical expertise (technical aptitude, ability to communicate
with Technologists)

·         Analytical skills

·         Product & business process knowledge

·         Good understanding of front to back operational process flow

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Drive and determination to deliver excellent solutions

·         Pro-active approach to problem solving, process improvement and
project work

·         Strong negotiation and Influencing skills and ability to approach
issues from various perspectives to achieve results

·         Strong communication skills both verbal & written

·         Good organizational & time management skills

·         Ability to work in a global team environment.

·         Ability to assimilate information quickly

·         Ability to partner & develop strong working relationships with
key stakeholders from various areas of the firm

·         Ability to define analysis approach, conclude and summarize
findings

·         Good understanding of Fixed Income & Equities Products,
Investment Banking and the industry sector
