*Job Details:* *Job Title : Hadoop Developer* *Location : Feasterville - Trevose, PA* *Duration Long Term Contract * *Start : ASAP* *(Only US Citizen / Green Card preferred)* *Job description:* Full lifecycle application development including design, coding, unit testing / debugging and deploying data applications using ETL tools while utilizing best practices to achieve desired output. *4 - 6 years experience in ETL programming including Data warehouses/ETL tools, data modelling, workflow automation, and performance tuning. *Prefer experience with one or more of the following ETL tools: - *ActianData Connect/DataFlow, Talend, Pentaho, Informatica, Ab Initio, SSIS. Actian is big plus.* - *2+ years experience in Hadoop, including components such as HDFS, Hive, Sqoop, Pig, Oozie, Drill, Spark,etc., Linux, Java, shell scripting environment.* - *Experience with Git is a plus.* - *Experience within a MapR Hadoop cluster is a plus.* Working with global name and address data (Asia, Middle East, Latin America, etc.) is a plus. Prefer knowledge in other NoSQL / distributed technologies is a plus.
