Job Title: Application Support Analyst – (Night Shift) Location: Irvine, CA Duration: Long Term Rate :$50/hr on C2C Max *5) 2 years of experience supporting Java or .NET based applications* Job Description: The Application Support Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting multiple functional rich high availability business applications, highly demanding business users, and critical nightly batch cycle. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to trouble-shooting complex issues, managing critical incidents and bridge calls, problem analysis, process improvement, automating repetitive tasks, maintaining knowledge base and documentation. Work Time: 3rd shift (Night) Tuesday – Saturday: 10:30 PM to 7 AM, onsite (Irvine, CA) Requirements: At least 3 years of experience supporting multiple complex applications. Experience in supporting the business users. At least 2 years of experience with UNIX and vi editor. At least 2 years of experience writing SQL Excellent verbal, email communication and documentation skills. Excellent analytical, problems-solving and troubleshooting skills.
