*Duration: 6 Months + Extension*

*Job Description:*

We are looking for a highly versatile, motivated and collaborative
Salesforce.com advanced admin with custom code experience.  The successful
candidate must possess extensive, hands-on experience in Salesforce.com
that includes strong functional working experience working with* sales and
marketing*. The candidate must be a self-starter who takes the initiative
to define solution approaches for identified areas of process and system
improvements, achievable by leveraging and/or extending upon Salesforce.com
capabilities. The types of projects you will be engaged in include: feature
enhancements to enable key business processes, monthly production support
releases, and other initiatives to help better enable and support existing
business processes leveraging the capabilities of Salesforce.com. This
position is based in our Chicago office.



*Responsibilities:*

+ Lead/assist with user requirement sessions and document user requirements
to address changing business needs

+ Design, document, build, test, and deploy enhancements to Salesforce.com,
including data mapping, object modeling, security roles, custom fields,
workflows, page layout design, validation logic, approval processes,
reports and complex dashboards

+ Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the
system to understand the cross-functional impacts with regard to
configuration, process, workflow, and reporting

+ Develop and maintain visual force, App Exchange, Force.com pages and
integration to other third party solutions

+ Participate in the change management/training strategy, content
development, and delivery of training

+ Review release notes and provide recommendations to improve the current
Salesforce org

+ Fulfill roles in multiple, concurrent projects, as needed



*Qualifications:*

+ 7+ years of successful IT experience and at minimum 3 years extensive
experience in implementing and supporting Salesforce.com environments

+ Extensive background in the implementation and optimization of
Salesforce.com in the lead management, account/contact management, and
opportunity management process area(s)

+ Must be Salesforce admin certified

+ Proven implementation experience on Sales Cloud with specific experience
on process builder, contracts, assets, and order management a plus

+ Deep knowledge of Salesforce best practices, security, and functionality

+ Keen attention to detail and proven ability to work creatively and
analytically in a problem-solving environment

+ Energy and desire to thrive in a fast-paced organization

+ Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills

+ Knowledge and/or hands on experience with data quality, data integration,
marketing automation, document generation, and e-signature solutions
considered a plus

+ A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a
related field
