However, all references to a particular runtime library should be !ifdef CL_1200, CL_1300, or CL_1310
I do not know why you are seeing problem with korean. I thought we commented out all of the
korean code.

I am using VC++ 6.0 on W2K, and ran into a missing file, msvcr71.dll This appears to be needed when using Visual Studio .NET
I also found some problems with some missing language files. So I added the /nonfatal option in the OpenAFS.nsi for each of these.
(I don't know why they are missing.)
NSIS then built the package, and it installs and is running.
