Please use the daily builds for checking Windows development. There is a
lot of on-going work taking place with active check-ins almost every day.
When we have a semi-stable build for Windows, new binary installers for
that build will be posted to the web site. In the meantime, binary installers
are available from my personal directory:

/afs/athena.mit.edu/user/j/a/jaltman/Public/OpenAFS/

When submitting patches please use the request tracker. There are existing open
bugs for most of the major Windows issues. If you have a comment or patch related
to one of the open bugs please attach it to the issue. If you have a new bug for
which there is no existing issue, please create one.

This will help us make sure that important information is not lost as we continue
to improve the Windows support. Issue # 2645 is for the NSIS installer.

Thanks.

Interesting because I do not have .NET 2003 which is where the msvcr71.dll
comes from and I compile with VC6 and do not see these problems.

However, all references to a particular runtime library should be !ifdef
CL_1200, CL_1300, or CL_1310

Yes, I see the NSIS/NTMakefile has some changes for version 1.6 that
I don't have in the 1.3.50 version

I will look a daily snapshot for the next build.
