True, but it would eliminate the justification of not allowing it to be used by OpenAFS from being (rationally) justified by licensing issues. And it is just possible that that would mean that the saner (pragmatic) heads would prevail and it *would* be accessible to code under the IBM Public License. You never know until you ask. Gary
