About a year ago Jeff Hutzelman wrote about some of the changes he hopes to make to the Ubik configuration mechanism. So far as I can see, none of these changes have yet been implemented, and in parti- cular Ubik still determines priority exclusively by the IP address of the servers listed in the CellServDB file. Is this true?
