Yes, but I don't think you should need that for your current situation,
if I understand it correctly. The relevant commands are:

http://docs.openafs.org/Reference/1/vos_syncserv.html

For a single volume, run 'vos syncvldb' against just that volume. You
can also use those to sync whole partitions, servers, or everything.
