Summary: Support for ACDlabs .sk2 file format

Initial Comment:
Hi,

as the last request was done 3 years ago and this is not implemented, yet, I
thought it would be good to push this a bit... :-)

In 2004 ACDlabs already offered their support for including this. I think you
should accept this offer.
If you support cdx files, you should also support sk2 files, as the ChemSketch
software due to its free-of-charge-for-academics policy has a widespread user
range...

I am currently working on a crowd-sourced structure database, and i would love
to give the users the possibility to upload mol, cdx or sk2 files, which are
then automatically converted to the respective more universal mol files...

Users of ChemDraw can also open files made using ChemSketch and vice versa, and
both can open mol, so this is not mandatory.
But it would anyways be good if OpenBabel could also support reading
sk2-files...

Thanks, TN
