I would suspect we'd release some sort of 2.4 next year. If I were a betting man, I'd guess "after my tenure package is submitted in July 2013." That would point towards a sometime-in-Aug release for 2.4.0. :-) I don't think we have a complete list of features, but I've been working on improved distance-geometry coordinate generation and conformer sampling similar to RDKit's implementation.
