Thought I encourage this as well, I have to differ. Those issues are "normal" as the values are different for everyone! It is obvious that, if you want your local domain to be mysite.local not to call it openbd.local or alike :-)
Also the IP address is a reference and not being used on it's own system since you might have a different IP address and network settings. Please no offense being taken here, but such things are an administrators daily doing...
