I went ahead and followed the wiki's instructions but it seems OpenBD
isn't able to parse windows paths correctly here is the relevant log
info

29/10/09 21:26.42: -] PluginManager Auto Discovery (openbdplugin-XXXX.jar) ...
29/10/09 21:26.42: -] PluginManager.Exception:
java.io.FileNotFoundException:
J:\My%20Dropbox\Workspace\web-apps\simpleposting\war\WEB-INF\lib\openbdplugin-kissfw.jar
(The system cannot find the path specified)
29/10/09 21:26.42: -] ... found: 0 plugins

As a workaround i created a symbolic link from C:\simpleposting to
"J:\My%20Dropbox\Workspace\web-apps\simpleposting\war" and am using
that as the war resourceBase in openbd-context.xml

I think this should be considered this a bug.
