absolutely sounds like a bug.

Seems to be a bit of a bug, although i am fascinated why the %20 even 
crept in there in the first place.  No manual string manipulation is 
done here.

I will do some digging on Monday -- i am flying to the US, and have at 
least 8hrs on a plane, so this is on my list!
