Aaron, you are definitely not late to the party. We've been working with the world of clouds for over 2 years now, and have been an early adopter on a number of the large frameworks. We (aw2.0) run one of the largest Amazon EC2 deployments in Europe and we've seen first hand at the power that cloud computing can bring. I give cloud boot camps at various cloud conferences around the world, where I spend the day going through the whole host of options available and what can and can't be done. These are very well attended. The biggest problem i can see stopping people from moving to the cloud is the perceived loss of control. This is a fallacy and one we try to dispel at our boot camps. In April, if you want to learn, then at the Cloud Expo in the Javitts Center New York, there will be an OpenBlueDragon GAE session. More details coming very soon on that. -- aw2.0 http://www.aw20.co.uk/ -- Open BlueDragon Public Mailing List http://www.openbluedragon.org/ http://twitter.com/OpenBlueDragon mailing list - http://groups.google.com/group/openbd?hl=en !! save a network - please trim replies before posting !!
