Would you guys rather have a plugin button or something that comes up in the
menu when you right click on the page?

like if you were on google.com, you could right click on the page and get a
menu option of "shorten url" where you could click it and get a shortened
url for it..

Or just a bookmarklet that when you go to it, it captures the referrer and
auto creates the shortened url.
