Hi Nitai, Would you be interested in taking a vested interest in this project to help me get things going? Most of the coding is done. I would need help integrating the asset manager, as well as auditing some existing code.
I was recently offered nearly $1.75million for the project in an incomplete state. I can't offer much equity due to shareholder agreements, but I don't really need that much help anyway.
