OK, so is this a WAR installation that you just dropped onto Tomcat? Just
want to be totally sure I'm using the same setup.

I'll assume that's the case and set up a little test bed.

Is the "couple of minutes" still less than the default session timeout of
20 minutes? Basically I'm just trying to see if you're seeing a session
timeout less than the default set in the admin console by using
this.sessiontimeout at all. Have you tested with and without
this.sessiontimeout to see if the behavior is different?

OK, that answers my earlier question.

I'll set up a test just to see if I experience the same thing and if so
we'll hand it off to Alan and Andy for verification and a fix if necessary.

Appreciate the thorough information--we'll get to the bottom of it!
