QoQ is _NOT_ heavy on memory .. so i would be looking elsewhere in your
app for this memory usage

I have no big tables, one database has a few hundred entries, but
nothing too bad. Granted I should optimize how that site sorts things,

I recommend giving yourself at least 512MB and then going again. We
use QoQ all the time and it is a very powerful feature and we've never
had any memory problems.
