I agree. This is why I didn't send an e-mail saying just "let's discuss about this topic". I wanted to make an initial proposal and start from that point to reach to a possible satisfactory solution. Anyone should feel free to propose something new.

We previously, in practice, followd a Scheduled->Resolved->Verified->Closed (=Released) method. This is just adding the CI and making it clear that an issue is not resolved till it's tested.
