I have just tried to update my MP9 virtual box appliance to MP10 from CR.
I had an issue similar to the first one Rok reported.

After I started installation of the MP10 it was hanging for a long time
and then failed with the exception. The exception was the same we had before
with QS 1.2 installation because of CR issue with Major version of modules
included in QS. It looks like some download timeout was reached.
But after that MMC window showed that MP10 was available for rebuild and
rebuild finished successfully.
As for me it looks like issue is somewhere in the CR. Maybe the network is
slow or not enough (maybe now too many people are trying to access it).

Hey Pablo,
on an activated mp9 instance which is deployed on amazon ( Xpress Demo ,
username=openbravo, password=tecnicia) we tried the update method. On
rebuild the failure happened, see attached.
