I haven't been able to reproduce it, it has worked well for me. I have
repeated the process 2 times:
* Start a new 2.50MP9 Community Appliance in Virtualbox, assigning
1024MB of RAM to the virtual machine.
* Activate the instance, scan for updates and update to 2.50MP10.
I've seen that it fails in Dmitry's computer, we'll have a deeper look
into it.
