Hi,
I recently discovered an issue with the
*org.openbravo.spain.regions*module. If one checks out the code into
the modules folder and runs
install.source on a Windows machine, the module's dataset never gets
imported, the xml file just gets ignored.
That is because the dataset source file inside this module is named
*"Provincias_de_España.xml"
*and Windows is terrible with international characters.
This is a generic issue and should be resolved by never using international
characters in filenames which is generally a bad practice. In this case, the
problem originates from naming Datasets from which the filename is
generated. This should somehow be documented or resolved.
Does anyone else know which modules could be affected? can this be forwarded
to the correct team that is responsible for the org.openbravo.spain.regions
module?*
*
Regards,
Rok*
