the workaround we (Renate that uses Windows) are using is to manually rename
the xml file to the name without the special character and change it
accordingly in the AD_MODULE.xml definition.
Clearly, a very unpratical solution. Not to mention that it will probably
interfere with installation of the full localization pack.
IMHO, I do not see a reason why a 2min job of changing this and committing
it would be postponed.
