I just installed OpenBSD -stable on a machine with 64MB of RAM, and no hard 
drive connections.  (It does have a CF slot.)  This is a supported install. 
The entire machine takes up about the same amount of space as a sata2 HD. 
It does not have a monitor, keyboard, or mouse port.

Don't assume this is a 'desktop OS'.
