First i tried it with debian packages of Alessandro
I installed the openca-common package, which has the dependences
But that didnt help.
Then i did that with the locales
dpkg-reconfigure locales 
For example. Then i added all de related languages.
And then it worked.
But it seems that not all is getting translated.
