Yes, the first time I had the error "unable to write 'random state'" but
the second time I ran "Do one step for all workflows", it worked fully
without any error.
I remember, I had this error ("unable to write 'random state'") when I
installed openca 0.9.1.8 with openssl 0.9.7d. Then I changed openssl
version to 0.9.7c and it worked.
I never try openca 0.9.2 RC4 with openssl 0.9.7d.
