  Install "maint-guide" package or check

for more information on building debian packages from source in general.
To build OpenCA debian packages you need to do the folowing:
1. Checkout or export openca-0.9 taged as openca_0_9_2_2 from CVS
2. checkout or export debian from CVS
3. put 'debian' directory inside openca-0.9 and change your working
directory to 'openca-0.9'

  Now you may build packages with 'fakeroot debian/rules binary'. Note
that debian/rules should have executable permission and you need to have
gcc and g++ installed. I'd recommend automake1.7 debian packages to be
installed, later automakes give some warnings since last time we checked
them.
