I noticed, what CA certificate is exported from CA node only once - only
after fresh installation. If CA has issiued more than 1 client certificate -
CA certificate will be not exported. Probably for saving space in .tar ;o)

I'm discovered this behavior while tryed to solve another problem - after
some time I've lost all me RA mySQl databases - they was online, but no one
table can be accessed (mysql said - error from storage engine). This was
becouse of incomplete mysql configuration (my.cnf was not copied to /etc).
Now everything is ok.
