right, openca have a logbook on each node, where it registers successful transactions to minimise data transportation. you can 'reset' this logbook if you delete the following files on the ca...

the usal workflow is as following:
the ca exports data - the ra imports it
if the ra sends new data to the ca it also confirms the recipe of the data recieved before so the next time the ca sends data to the ra it does this only with 'new' data

location: .../OpenCA/var/log/[enroll|download|receive|upload]
just remove all files inside those dirs, depending which data you wanna import/export again

to enable the ca to export all data again it would be enough to remove the files from the directory: enroll (if i don't mix up anything ;) at the ca node
