The final (essentially simplified) design of uft8 support included
into 0923 release requires that you re-install each piece of OpenCA
at lease once from sources of 0923 release. After that you can switch
LATIN1 <---> UTF8 format for names in reqs and certs by just
1) editing config.xml 2) configure_etc.sh 3) restart corresponding server.

>OpenSSL upgrade to 0.9.8 will have impact on OpenCA 0.9.2.2 ?

1. To my knowledge OpenSSL is fully backward compatible.

2. If you are carefull enough, you can install as much different versions
of OpenSSL, each to different directory. You can explain to your system,
which instance of OpenSSL it should use for system purpouses.
Also you can explain to each of your OpenCA piece which instance of
OpenSSL it should use. OpenCA guide says how to do it.
