I attempted to research this problem on my own, but it seems that the
mailing list archives are not available from SourceForge.
I am having an issue downloading PKCS#12 packages from the 'pub'
interface (using Firefox under Linux; I haven't tried any other browsers
or platforms). I type in the correct private key passphrase, but then
OpenCA (0.9.2) gives me the following error message:
Error 10062
General Error Cannot load 11 from
database.MISSING_ARG_SERIAL (error 10068: There is an illegal or
unsupported argument.)
(11 is the ID of the certificate I am attempting to download) However,
this works perfectly fine from the 'ra' interface.
I would like the ability for users to request certificates for use in
more than just their browsers. I.e., PKCS#12 packages are nice to have
when using most VPN client software.
I was wondering if this is just an ACL configuration or not an available
feature from the 'pub' interface. If not, then, I don't think it should
show up as an option in the 'pub' interface for downloading one's
certificate.
