The following was included as an attached message. The OP server is sending
this error message:
"This message uses a character set that is not supported by the Internet
Service. To view the original message content, open the attached message.
If the text doesn't display correctly, save the attachment to disk, and then
open it using a viewer that can display the original character set. "
It attaches the original message as well. Here is most of the header
information from the original message.

The error is that "charset=unknown-8bit". The original e-mail is from a CNN
mailing list that a user actually wants to get. I've already whitelisted
the site and still get this.
