- I also had to add rx permissions for others on /usr/local/share/perl/5.6.1/Mail/ otherwise I was getting "MailScanner[12310]: SpamAssassin installation could not be found"
- The installations script says SA 2.63 is going to be installed. Included is 2.64 (typo in openprotect-install, line 1468)

ClamAV installs OK, and then SpamAssassin installs OK. The error happens when installing DB_File-1.809 (Suse 9.1 has 1.808). Here is the end of the output. I can send more if you would like.
You should install the db-devel package that comes with your distro. Else, you can delete the entry for DB_File from the array of perl modules installed in line 590 of openprotect-install:
