In particular I like to know to setup filtering for multiple domains and other customization that can be done.
If you are talking abuot enabling/disabling filtering for certain domains / users, then you should look at /etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf and /etc/MailScanner/rules/README and once you write your rules, do a "openprotect restart" to apply them.
