Hi Josh,

Some work-in-progress files for the new VHDL support were inadvertently and incorrectly pushed when a separate bug was fixed and tested. The damage was fixed and the tree was fixed. It fully built everything. Yet another fresh clone and build from scratch is running now.

Note that you might always find problems that only Ubuntu finds since we don't yet build for that normally.
I believe the fsk_modem.cxx issues fall into that category.
Hopefully we'll get around to putting Ubuntu on a VM and checking with that all the time, at least for building.

Jim

Hi,

What's the current status of the opencpi repository? I did an update yesterday and again today, and both times I have trouble during the normal build process. Here are couple of the errors

---

> make hdl

....
==================Building HDL implementation bias.hdl for targets virtex6
/opencpi/ocpi/include/hdl/hdl-worker.mk:71: *** Missing XML implementation file: .xml. Stop.
Make[2]: *** [bias.hdl] Error 2
...

(This is caused by the variable "Worker" not being defined in tools/cdk/include/hdl/hdl-worker.mk)

---

Missing header files (this may be due to us building on Ubuntu rather than RHEL), in fsk_modem.cxx -
Eg

> make examples
....

Fsk_modem.cxx:168:39: error: 'sprintf' was not declared in this scope
Fsk_modem.cxx:180:15: error: 'stderr' was not declared in this scope

----

Is this repo in a current state of development flux, or am I missing something?

- Josh
