ok. i reverted the entire server from backup. so now it is
successfully running
rip.psg.com:/usr/home/dns# ods-enforcer -V
opendnssec version 2.1.6
rip.psg.com:/usr/home/dns# softhsm --version
1.3.8
i can not back up my hsm because `ods-ksmutil backup` is not in
opendnssec2. so i would like to upgrade softhsm, but with no
disruption. the net of a million lies has various tidbits, such as

but i kinda expected a simple 'upgrading form softhsm1' recipe in the
softhsm2 wiki; silly me.
